Announced by Sandy Kidd (left), Historic England, and presented by Julian Hunt (right), President of BAS.

The project faced some tough competition, with the prize being awarded jointly, and justly, to Mike Farley for a Lifetime of contribution to Buckinghamshire Archaeology, and Tabitha Barton, Curator of Milton Keynes Museum for the Bancroft Roman Villa mosaic conservation and restoration.
